Shout Out to my Boys!
Guys, I sent you both a package this week. It contains a Happy Friday gift as well as your X-mas gift. Don't let your humans fool you....I sent them just for you not them! Leave me a comment letting me know what's up! Peace Out
So a month or so ago I entered my poem Ode to Morning to the contest running on another pug blog, UrbanPug. And what do you know I won! Apparently my poem exemplified "a pug's life". As a prize I recieved this really cool t-shirt, but since it is too big for me I gave it to Melanie. This means I am one step closer to learning my ABCs....okay I only know P, but I am working on J is for Jaxson and T is for Treat.

That works out to a post every 2 days or so. Of course sometimes I go longer or shorter, but overall I think that's a pretty good average! Over the course of these 200 posts, I have gained a small audience of faithful readers. I could always use more fans, but for now I would like to thank you my fans for your loyalty. I've thought many times of giving up on my blogging dreams but for you I will continue to document my puggie adventures.

Sometimes a dog just needs to talk about his feelings in an open and honest way. I think people need that same kind of outlet, especially if they are in graduate school. Consequently, I have instituted weekly sessions with the roommates. Pictured here is Teresa and I in one of our session. I am telling her about how I don't like being dressed in t-shirts. She is listening intently to my problems. She advised me to tell Melanie that I don't like the t-shirts, but to be accepting of the fact that in Amarillo it might be so cold that I would need to wear one. We also agreed that if I could pick out a more vibrant colored outfit I might enjoy it more. Consequently, Melanie and I are on a mission to find a colorful outfit that mimics my outgoing attitude!

This is Teresa with her brand new Aggie Ring. For non-Aggies this may mean nothing to you, but for us it is a HUGE deal to get it. She wasn't really excited at first but then she got it and was just bursting with pride and excitement. Ever since she brought it home she has been looking at it every 4 minutes and taking it on/off constantly. Then she starts tapping it on whatever happens to be at hand, ie table, chair arm, etc. She is basically obsessed with it. But who can blame her....even I want an Aggie Ring someday....but where would I wear it??????
