A break....

We had a brief respite from the rain this afternoon. And even though it was muddy, Melanie took me to the park to play. Sadly though, about 5 minutes after we got there I felt a strong compulsion to run into the road to greet an arriving dog. Melanie is very strict about this behavior so I don't know why I did it, but unfortunately it meant we had to go home immediately. I had barely said hi to all my friends and we were leaving. I know it's my own fault but since it's my blog I thought I might could generate a little sympathy.
