Haiku--Sustainer of Life

I wrote this a few days back when the sun finally came out after 6 long days of darkness. Apparently it was only for a day or two though, as it is cloudy/rainy again today :-(

Sustainer of Life

Sun came out today
Joy no more gray clouds overhead
Stay sun stay forever

Pugs need you sweet sun
To lay in the light and bathe
for vitamin E

Promise me sunshine
On your solar energy
Never leave again
